Troye Sivan
Mellet, known as Troye Sivan, is a South-African born Australian actor,
YouTuber and singer-songwriter. Thus, that’s the reason for his fair skin.
BuzzFeed
would describe him as a teen whose personality hasn’t been sanitized and a
sense of humor that would make most parents blush. This kind of personality,
however, made him more likable.
As an
actor, he played as young James Howlett in the 2009 X-Men film X-Men Origins: Wolverine, and most
recently starred in the Spud film trilogy.
On the 7th
of August 2010, Troye Sivan revealed to his family that he is gay. Three years
after he came out to his family and friends, he revealed his sexual orientation
publicly through a video on his YouTube channel entitled “Coming Out”.
BuzzFeed also
stated that he, himself, created his own opportunities. “He wasn’t just handed
a record deal because he had 2 million followers, he worked hard for it” –

He was
nominated as Teen Choice Award for Choice Web Star: Male and won the Teen
Choice Award for Choice Web Collaboration with YouTube star, Tyler Oakley.
On the same
year, he released his first EP, featuring his viral song The Fault in Our Stars
and more recently, Happy Little Pill.
